When one of the Agilent E4445A Spectrum Analyzers broke in the field Telogy’s Sales team responded immediately and sent us a replacement very quickly. To reconcile the billing afterwards, Telogy’s Accounts Payable department re-adjusted the billing to reflect the time we had a working unit. --- Joe
