No. We can ship to multiple locations with one purchase order and bill you with one invoice.
What are Telogy's terms?
NET 30 on sales and rentals.
Do I pay shipping?
We pay it on your behalf and bill you with your first monthly rental or sales invoice. Or you may charge it to your corporate freight account.
My company requires ISO certification. Can Telogy provide that?

My equipment needs service or calibration, what should I do?

What procedure should I use to return equipment?
If you are simply returning rental equipment, just ship it to us. Please indicate
"Rental Return" on the shipping label. If the equipment requires service and you
need it back, always call Telogy Customer Service first.

Do I need an RMA to return equipment?
Not to return rental equipment. You need an RMA if:
- You are returning equipment for service.
- You are cancelling an order for equipment that you have already received.
- You are returning leased assets.

What is the warranty on sold assets?
Typically our equipment is sold with a standard 12 - month warranty.
What is the warranty on rental assets?
Rental assets are always covered for service, maintenance, and calibration. Telogy
will repair or replace any rental unit that fails or requires calibration during
the rental term. There is no charge as long as the failure is not due to user abuse
or misuse that damages the unit.
What is the warranty on leased assets?
The warranty is the same as the manufacturer for assets ordered new and typically
12 months for Telogy supplied equipment. Extended warranties are available as part
of the lease terms and conditions agreed to at the beginning of the lease.
Will Telogy fix or calibrate non-Telogy equipment?

What is the turnaround time on repairs?
Average turnaround time is 15 days. Parts availability is often a very significant
factor in repair turnaround time and is usually not under Telogy's control.
What is the turnaround time on calibrations?
If Telogy has the calibration capability we have quick turnaround. The turnaround
time for 75% are less than 5 days. If Telogy has to outsource the calibration, it
may take up to one month or longer.
What do I do if the equipment turns out to be the wrong equipment
for my application?

suitable replacement.
I can't get the equipment to work, can I get technical assistance?
Yes, we have a staff of dedicated phone support technicians who have direct access
to our entire equipment technician work force. Our technicians are very knowledgeable

I need more paper for a chart recorder I have rented from Telogy.
What should I do?

How fast can I get my equipment?
Typically your equipment arrives at your place of business the next day.
What is the minimum rental term?

Does Telogy rent equipment for less than 1 month?
We do offer one and two week rentals dependent upon equipment availability.

How can I find out what I have on rent from Telogy?
We can run an "Equipment Management Report" showing all equipment currently on rent
or lease with Telogy. If you are a registered member on Telogy's Website, you will
receive your reports electronically. These reports may be sorted by all categories.
We also provide a downloadable file to Excel with all reporting categories available
for selection.
Does Telogy have a return policy?
Telogy's return policy is standard 5-Day Acceptance period.

Yes.
What is the difference between an Operating Lease and a Capital Lease?
The primary difference is that ownership of the asset transfers to the Lessee at
the end of a Capital Lease. An Operating Lease is a long-term rental and offers
the lowest monthly payments. Each lease type is treated differently for accounting
records as well. Capital Leases are recorded as a liability and the asset is shown
as an asset with the expense amortized over the lease term. In contrast, Operating
Leases are recorded as an expense as paid with no entries on the company balance
sheet.
How can a lease protect me against technology changes?
The Operating Lease provides the flexibility to manage your technology by matching
the term to the expected period of use. At the end of the term, the equipment can
be returned. In addition, leases can be structured to include equipment upgrades
or add-ons, as well as manage mid-term changes.
Can a lease stretch my capital budget and allow me to get more of
the equipment I need?.
An Operating Lease is a useful tool to acquire more equipment. Most companies treat
Operating Leases as an expense and not as a capital item.
What are my options at the end of an Operating Lease?
You have the option to purchase the equipment at the then fair market value, renew
the lease, or return the equipment to Telogy in good condition.
Will the credit and documentation process be difficult?
Our process is designed to be fast and fair. Our lease is a straightforward document.
We are often able to approve credit and send documents on the same day of the order.
How long can I lease equipment?
Typically lease terms are from 24 to 48 months. Most customers of general-purpose
test equipment select a 36-month lease term.
Who pays the property tax and insurance?
We can structure our lease to include property tax in your monthly payment or we
can bill you once per year. The lessee is responsible for maintaining the equipment
and providing insurance.

I see that when I sell a piece of test equipment to Telogy I can
either get the cash, trade it in for a different piece of test equipment or leave
the credit on the books to be used at a later date. What happens if I don't use
the credit right away?
You tell us who you want the credit to be available to you. We leave the credit
in your name to be used at a later date and it can stay there indefinitely. We suggest
that you also either put your dept name with it or your supervisors name as well
in case you are out and they want to use the credit.
Telogy asks for a right of refusal when I sell them equipment. What
does that mean?
We ask for a specified number of days to bring the equipment in and run it through
our lab to make sure that it is functional. If there is a problem with the equipment
we will call you, explain what we have found, and proceed from there.
