Telogy gives you two easy ways to view the list of accessories required
with your equipment returns
Telogy provides the ability to generate RMA numbers for test equipment rentals. Electronic
RMAs are not available for sold or leased items at this time. An RMA number is an
electronically generated number provided by Telogy at the request of customers who
require a tracking number reference for each rental instrument. This number is not
required for Telogy purposes. If you are tracking multiple instruments and would
like a single number to reference, please use your PO number.

Per the terms of your Rental Agreement, "rental units shall be returned to Telogy
by prepaid insured shipment to the nearest Telogy Inventory Center".
"Customer shall return Equipment and Accessories to Telogy in good operating condition,
normal wear and tear excepted. Customer shall properly pack for shipment all Equipment
being returned and shall be responsible to the extent the Equipment is not returned
in such good operating condition, and for any damage caused during the return shipment.
The equipment should be packed in the original boxes or according to the manufacturer's
specifications."
All cables, accessories, operating manuals and other items provided with the Instrument
shall be returned with the Equipment. A complete list of such items is included
with the shipping documents, or you can visit the
Customer Service
section of our website to confirm the accessory list for each Instrument. You will
be notified of any missing accessories by letter and given two weeks to find and
return those items. You are responsible to reimburse Telogy for all accessories,
manuals, or parts missing from the original order delivered to your facility.

Per the terms of the Lease Agreement, Telogy requires you to return the equipment
in good condition, full working order and in complete repair to our location listed
below. The equipment should be packed in the original boxes or according to the
manufacturer’s specifications.
All cables, accessories, operating manuals and other items provided with the Instrument
shall be returned with the Equipment. A complete list of such items is included
with the shipping documents, or you can visit the
Customer Service
section of our website to confirm the accessory list for each Instrument.
Upon return we require the equipment to be calibrated with no less than nine (9)
months remaining before the next calibration interval. Calibrations must be performed
by the manufacturer or a vendor on Telogy’s approved Calibration Supplier List.
The most recent calibration certificate should be included with the unit. We require
the units to be clean and without cosmetic defects. The units should be fully functional
with the software version provided at delivery.
Upon return to Telogy our technicians will perform a complete functional and cosmetic
review of the instrument. You will be notified of any missing accessories by letter
and given two weeks to find and return those items. If it is deemed necessary by
our technicians, Telogy will repair any cosmetic or functional damage, calibrate
the unit and acquire missing accessories. You are responsible to reimburse Telogy
for all accessories, manuals, parts, labor, service, calibration, maintenance and
materials required to return the equipment to the condition as described in the
lease.
